There are only 2 types of defamation law suit.
1. Criminal defamation,
2. Commercial defamation.
For criminal defamation it's a police case. Go to jail, fine or both.
For commercial like deface yr name is only settlement to claim court costs and lawyer cost from the loser. A loser can be the plaintiff or the defendant.... so fight with teeth and crawls to win...
End of the case is how u want to pay the winner... full payment or by installment.
Set aside yr money and leave it to the lawyer to frustrate the winner... stop payment frequently to annoy this shit skin bastard.... play the drag and delay game with him....
Wait for warrant then pay.... only he use lawyer letter is qualified, but from his biz letterhead throw into the bin. Say somemore sue him back for intimidation and harassment, u only want to see his lawyer legal letter of demand. Make him keep pay his lawyer to write the letter of demand to pay... then ignore the letter and wait for warrant letter to pay....
When warrant letter is issued they give 14 days to respond and police warrant officer will come to yr house to size yr home items... then pay.... it will cost him money to pay the police warrant department to do the job.
Next stop payment again to frustrate him. If no lawyer letter from him .... shhhh.... keep quiet.... he has forgotten or too frustrate to do this everytime...
