People who speak very quickly usually do that because they are nervous.
Confident public speakers like Kishore speaks slowly, clearly and allows your to digest
what he says, leading you to the next thought in the thread. But you must need to
know your stuff.
CCS rushes through because he is afraid that you will catch him out - and which he
was in this case, thanks to cached recordings. It was a "Process" that he wanted to go
through to keep in the public's eye. There was no time pressure for him to rush.
