This is pretty common in Taiwan, as if cohabitation has become a way of life. If you were the Minister for Education, would you be prepared to take any action against teachers who cohabit ?

Or are we as liberal as Taiwanese ?

Teachers are extremely poor in Taiwan (low pay)

The problem is not about cohabitation.
If MOE wants to take action, they need to resolve the problem of low salaries to really solve the bigger issue.
