If GRC is won by less than 60%, then we should give them 1-2 seats

Even if we take 100% for tanjong pagar - PAP only win less than 60%, but if only 6 : 87, that is only 7%.
there should be about 35 seat for opposition against 81 seats for PAP.
Making total 116 seats because that will be representative of the people choice.
I hope the government will make this change.
