Peter cannot be that stupid to rule or decision make the contracts himself.

If so, Prosecution might need more witnesses in the rank and file of SCDF to show that Peter has interfered in the decision to award these contracts which were bidded by these 3 horny gals. Someone has to betray Peter or else the prosecution case looks 50/ 50.

Overall, not an easy case for defence as the prosecution have 3 witnesses which tends to show a pattern of behaviour of Peter.

But Peter has only 1 chance to turn this around, ie., admit to the sex part but strenously deny the giving of contracts because of the sex.

He needs to show he has a sexual addiction problem and has screwed many other gals who were never suppliers of SCDF. Get a well known psychiatrist as his defence witness. Be steady in court under cross examination. Defence lawyer must cross examine the 3 gals carefully and call them liars...prove that they were horny and that even though they had the intention to seduce Peter, Peter is just a sex addict irrespective of those contracts!

FRAMING devan was easy as it was done in parliament and not in a court of law. As a magistrate or district court judge hearing this case, the judge must satisfy himself beyond reasonable doubt that the sex did induced peter to unfairly award contracts to these horny gals.

peter's lawyers need to strategise well on the tactic - what i call sacrifice the morals and prevent the gallows.

he should just admit he is a sex addict...have sex with a whole host of other women and prostitutes and social escorts. get an expert psychiatrist to testify this pathological condition.

then say that the gals offered themselves and because of these susceptibility to sex, he sleep or let them suck his dick to satisfy his carnal urge.

but in no way did he influence the selection of bids or even he did give feedback, the ultimate decision was by a committee or a collective decision of some leadership...

IF HE IS WILLING TO BE CONDEMNED MORALLY, there is a hope for him to escape jail...
