Chitchat ICA Issues PR on Qualifications that do not add up

This came our during the travel agent Yang Ying's trial. Gosh, qualifications issued 1 day apart from different academic entities and ICA staff reviewing for PR did not even notice.

Can you imagine the amount of fake and fraudulent qualifications from China and India that has passed thru ICA where the applicants have become PR and eventually citizens. And we got stateless people who are born, schooled and lived in Singapore all their live.

When the prosecution questioned Yang about his qualifications on the stand today, Yang replied that he had a part-time bachelor’s degree from a “Beijing Financial Academy” and a diploma from “Zhejiang University”. However, DPP Vaswani dug out the two hardcopy documents that Yang had submitted together with his Permanent Resident application back in 2011, pointing out that these did not match what he said. For one, the diploma was awarded by a “University of Financial and Trade, Beijing”, not Zhejiang University. The DPP further highlighted the dates that both documents were awarded – a mere day apart. The diploma was dated June 30, 2009, while the degree dated July 1, 2009. The DPP however, had an explanation for it.”Either one of these documents, or both these documents, read in conjunction with your PR application…is a fake,” he said"

Is the MP, that must have backed him with a "referral letter" to ICA....for them, to get "temporary blindness"....PAP MP & belong to the elite club that now has the rear end doctor as a member ( a past reject); being asked too?

If this was CSJ applying with his "original" degree...they might even question the integrity of the University....even though the degree is genuine....what a difference it makes, if you know, "somebody"

ICA already give Myanmar doctor work permit when it knows well that no Myanmar unis are acceptable to the SMC for registration. SO how? ICA is the most corrupt of all the PAP institutes, next to Stomachsick and GIC.

A legal professional will never ask a witness a question before a court of law unless he already knows the answer.

... that is why pappies are super dumb, considering permanent residents, who are really foreigners, are allowed to rent HDB flats whereas local natives, who are truly citizens, are unable to rent and have to rough it out at changi seaside. If you add up the sins of the pappies, you can vomit blood.
