Don't think you are right on all this. IBD showed losses 3 years running. Family was sick of burning money on idle workers. As you can see by the press releases RM bought them in an asset deal that explicitly excludes all SIngapore ties. RM bought the name thugh. All old Singi relastonships and ties are still in (IBD) which is now operated under an new name DT (Deisenroth Technology) Services, just google. If they had sold all to RM there would be no need to continiue the company. Business in SING has to come out of RM itself, but they are so busy in Australia and UK shelling Billions, Sing is just a smal fish and not priority. Old D could not sell ADS to PAP, MinDEF, DSTA, so there is no chance for RM to do so.
U are probably right about the first part. But RM has sold ADS to MinDEATH and the SAF. The jews at Raphael must be pissed off about that, because they thought they could get a sale on their Trophy APS to the SAF. The SAF has been buying billions of $ of useless military hardware and software from the Judens, so the Judens probably thought they had the inside track to get the Trophy into the Leo 2. Maybe KF influenced the SAF to take ADS, as KF and RM are what we in Singapore call kagi lan.
Kraus Maffai and RM are supposed to join forces next year, so the have mutual interrest that is right ! but the couldnt get ADS on the German tanks, how shall they get it on foreign

Over the weekend one of Ulf Deisenroth's closest affiliates passed away. Frank Bombien who was CEO of many IBD sister companies and a long companion of the classic Mr. D , passed away from cancer.
Bombien, last seen as CEO in IBD Holding, met Deisenroth early on and was one of the first 5 employee of IBD, then a startup in Deisenroth's garage. Joining into some patent applications he never left the wings of old Deisenroth, being a driving force in the R&D department for many years. He was groundbreaking in the MEXAS technology. He ran some laboratory and prototyping workshops at multiple locations. Being mostly employed as a freelancer he was handsomely paid to do in depth research and special projects for the company and Mr. D privately. Casing, glues and liner all now applied in IBD technology were directly corelated to Frank Bombien. Relationship with old Deisenroth got split by politcal issues regarding received payments and he was then releaved of his duties inside IBD. Taxinvestigations into the IBD company structures lead to investigations into the relationship with Bombien also and lead to an ongoing legal battle between what was IBD and the social security services and Bombien, about was he a full time employee of IBD, or a free lancing entrepreneur.
He leaves behind his dear loved wife and will forever be remembered for his contribution to IBD.

IBD no more lah. Absorbed and folded into RM Protection Systems. RM is now lockdown due to covid. No military trade shows, no recruitment fairs, etc. What they are doing is switching some production to respiratory face mask. They are supplying 6 million to Bundeswehr. Also annual general meeting now postpone to May, and will be done via teleconference. The original AGM supposed to be this month. Otherwise, everyone is laying low and trying not to get covid.
As a reminder, on the weakend is was Disenroths birtheday. Monday has passed and noone inside HIS company remembered. He was anihilated from the memory of the industry for good. If anything he wanted not to happen, it was his name to not be remembered. HE wanted to build a legancy way beyond his death. His legal wife just took his money and never had any intention to honnor the man who made her life happen. TRUE LOVE

The real big thing was the deal for the APS and Chempro shares. 26 Million were shalled out to consolidate the shared companies and get rid of any Deisenroth influence in Rheimetall.
All in all it fits exactly what was shared here long time ago in this (since closed and censord) forum (IBD News). The daughters had been granted the shares in 2013 by their mother as an early inheritance. To avoid any taxation on this they had to keep them for 7 year. Right after this period had ended, Rheinmetall swallowed them up, right at the same time they bought IBD, what a coincidence. It was arranged long time ago. TAXFREE
IBD could have been much more worth in 2015, right after Disenroths death, but Rheimetall wanted to do the same deal they did now. Whipe any Deisenroth influence off their boards and wash the IBD brand off the earth. Just they now did it for a total of 38 Million, in 2015 it could have been 80+, you do the math.

It has become real quiet in the forum. As to some who it may concern, a little inside into Lohmar, the place Disenroth called his kingdom while alive. Some small companies were real dependent on the connection to the kingdom.
As of fresh information, fotoimage the in town fotoshop that had an exclusive monopoly to processing IBDs vast collection of test pictures, got the boot from Rhinemetal and as consequence will end business end of the year. The dominos are starting to fall... to be continued.

Who is still using a photo processing shop? everything is digital now. Digital picture taking technology is so good now and can instantly share with many offices. Rheinmetall should have been laughing at IBD if they are still using a fotoshop.
Some trouble in paradise. Big Blue is consolidating their protection division. Since they now own three companies who do the same basically. Since Papperger consolidated all in a center of excellence, three have to become one. Advantage IBD since they own their shooting range in Lohmar. Strategic advantage. Most of ADS people in Bonn have been there before, IBDs just stay put but Krefeld has to let all their people go or move to Lohmar. Anyway RM does not own premise so they still pay heavy rent to old widow Deisenroth. A nice side deal facilitated by Papperger to shed over more money to Deisenroth family without telling his board.
Really? I don't think they have a choice. Otherwise, Where can they consolidate it? Certainly not at RM Chempro in Bonn. Its not a suitable area, and rents housing in Bonn are very expensive. U asking people from all 3 divisions to move to Bonn is not practical, plus they don't have the facilities. And you can't do it at Krefeld either. Verseidag has a big factory there, it seems like maybe RM wants to hold it in reserve as a production plant when sales of the AMAPS-ADS picks up?And u can't close down Bonn, Lohmar and Krefeld and bring everyone to Dusseldorf. So, I guess that leaves Lohmar. And Armin has bigger problems then worrying about how to enrich the remaining family members of old man Diesenroth. The main problem is they have no sales now for AMAP-ADS. Other then conning the stupid SAF to buy it, no one is touching their product. Trophy is still the leader in this field. If AMAP ADS sales were booming, they can keep all the facilities open.
