The interviewer says I am a job hopper.

She said my job tenures in my past jobs were all 3 to 4 years and this according to her, they are short and it reflects badly and she also accuse me as a job hopper. For goodness sake, i am only in my 30s! Who in the 30s will stay working in a company for more than 3 to 4 years. I am really pissed off with the interviewer.

Mostly employer is looking at candidate the remuneration package and age and experience.
You are lucky still young so age no issue.
But what about your requested remuneration and working experience.
Anyway looking for a new job is a long road so you need be stay focus

Does the interviewer has a linkedin profile? She herself could be job hopper too. I usually checked on them just before the interview and when the interviewer questioned me, I retaliated that I saw her profile and she is no better either. That will shut her CB mouth immeidately.

the problem is now I suspect civil serpent side hiring also freeze. I am in GLC company now that is closely linked to ministry, hiring freeze here (at least 3 have left the company and we cannot hire replacement). So i suspect its the same in ministry.....

worse is this, they call you up and ask you to explain section of your CV because they do not understand. I am like....I thought you are using similar keywords/phase in looking for your candidates at the advertisement? now you are asking me what it meant?? very common to those on the technical side

I have never stayed with one clinic or job for more than 2 years after I paid off my bond with Singhealth.

Average is 1.5 years then I move to something better or different.

sometimes interviewer and or hiring manager wants you to repeat and verify what you documented on your résumé as during interview what you say may be different from what is posted. i’ve caught many who couldn’t fully remember the timelines of their previous employment and humtum away with conflicting dates. it’s an early indication or warning of sloppiness and forgetfulness. clarity, credibility, conciseness, and care for accuracy and details are criteria of a choice candidate.
