You got it wrong! PAP where got so nice to offer 12 NCMPs on top of whatever opposition gains. After WP won 10 seats, only 2 NCMP positions left available. Both will be offered to the PSP. I would rather see Dr Chee and Prof Tambyah speak in Parliament.
