That goodies clip posted by joety made me feel that sg is another communist state, don't know why. Maybe the casts acted in a way which made me link it to the performers wearing army uniforms marching, dancing, singing, encouraging patriotism to government and praising goodness in the system on tv shows which I had caught on china and Vietnamese channels.

I actually feel sorry about the state of things after 3/4 into the clip and closed it. What has my sg become.

Interim Financial Assistance not = to welfare? Then I'll say it's a wrong term used by LTA.
Possibly you are not paying income tax in sg and classified as needing welfare.
