If banned nicks can log on, I believe they can still make a purchase.
Uh-uh. When logged in, a pop up window message will display : You have been banned. Date of expiry : Never (or something like that)
It's two separate databases. Unless the NSA siphons through all the info, there is nothing that matches credit card details to a nick.
You should take paypal / payza / pioneer more options for people who are interested.
