when a guy says "I feel that...", he ought to be corrected!

I dislike "maybe" as I personally feels it contains more negativity in it. I teach my staff not to use "maybe" alone but rather to provide a possible solution or oprions to every problem when using such words. "Perhaps" although is the same sounds less negative and feels like has some hope in it. Anyway just how I fells I may be wrong.
