The priest served 4 years plus for his 7 years sentence. He was on home detention scheme for 9 months to finish off his tail end sentence. Normally an well-behaved offender will get remission aka discount of 33.333% which is one third of the sentence passed in court. After assessment for eligibility, he will enrol into the HDS which he will be required to wear a electronic tagging device to track his movement after he served half of his sentence after remission. He will be allowed to be released outside SCP to continue his serving...of course got curfews lah...but still better off than in SCP.
