i complain my ex employer to MOM...how to know they got take action?

I oso complained to MOM about E Agency overcharging commission. There was an interim reply from a pawn in MOM FMMD? saying investigation on the way and reply pending............. BUT after7 months of slience, I wrote followup to Sr MOS... again NO reply
So finally wrote to Minister Lim Swee Say who continue to maintain silence...........that is about 11 months ago. Surely these monkeys can be courteous enuf to reply. Have they become gods>>>>>>>>>?????????????????????
