Workers Party LTK & Silvia Lim both went to parliament to question PAP on why WP's 50th anniversary cycling event at East Coast Park was not allowed. Ho Peng Kee replied, this police policy allows ALL POLITICAL PARTIES only IN DOOR & WITHIN STADIUM for crowd control jobs to be easy with the mata.
HOWEVER PAP THEMSELVES are allowed without any license nor police action to cycle and speak and do anything under the sun. As proven by many news and my catching of Joo Chiat Chan Soo Sen routine bike convoy petrology, & Jurong GRC Cycling events. Dual Standard Caught Red Handed and proven in court beyond doubt, and well known by the public and the whole internet world beyond doubt.
Then you come to my video, that again slapped the PAp LEEgime mata, that they said

That is shown to the world & judges already, that when crowd got unruly and congestion and blockage and brawl occurred, senior police superintendents at the scene ACTS BLUR and neglect the public order issue and won't lift a single finger to control the crowds at all!
I & CSJ & SDP had to do the fucking mata's dirty job to clear public passage, and unblock paths, and cool down that crowd, and maintain public order!
While the police were only busy recording video to charge me!
That is what they told the parliament BS and then performed like this in the reality, and they gave me lots of BS excuses like only following briefings and orders and had only been assigned to do this etc in the court when I put superintendents on the witness stand to cross examine them.
Their lame lies in answers are on oath and recorded in Notes of Evidence a public record by the judges.
The game is also, that LEEgime never learn that they should rather issue me with licenses and list terms and conditions within to regulate my activities with proper and transparent exercise of police power. I am able to catch them one way or another if they tried to punk me or give BS, this is proven already. I share the responsibility to maintain public order and public interest as a political activists. Fact is in many occasions rowdy crowds listens to opposition fighters more than the police who they will fight to defy against. Fact is also that in some cases in Sembawang GRC last GE, I saved the mata officer from hostile crowd at a coffee shop when he came in front of the crowd to warn me from speaking to the crowd as SDP candidates met the voters, ST / SPH reporters witnessed it. There were hostile loud Boos against the mata, he had only 2 men, the crowds few dozens, I had to tell the crowds that matas are just doing their jobs following orders from above, and they are voters also, and have families like all of us, we are only fighting against the politicians way above these matas, and we should leave the matas alone. The crowd accepted my position, and mata managed to leave unharmed.
If I said peasants look at this kind of KKJ mata, never do their duties and just follow orders to punish opposition...

For LEEgime or any govt to remain in position to regulate and administer public order, you can try to prohibit everything, but it will only explode. People know how to defy, I can survive very well in prison. Disqualify me from GE does not really matter, there are many ways to fight and best without complying with parliamentarian rules. In Libya Egypt etc examples are clear, in Taiwan Thailand they are doing well. In even Malaysia the people are getting there. You can be bastard and there will be people capable of fixing bastards. On the other hand, when LEEgime issued the licenses and we held the GE rallies, things went relatively calm and smooth, although there were negotiations with the mata, we also had activities at Hong Lim Parks generally complying all the rules. Except during Speakers Cornered 2006 WB/IMF, when the idiot matas tried to curfield Hong Lim Park and declared a lawful assembly to be illegal, I had to initiate a stand off against them. I had registered legally to speak and so did the SDP people at Speakers Cornered, the crowd were 100% lawful to assemble at Hong Lim to rally, but the mata announced it was Illegal Assembly and ordered people to disperse, I challenged them what law to impose curfield, any state of emergency? any riot flood fire bomb-threat or disaster? They could not answer, not at there nor in the court! They said there was WB/IMF high security meetings... those BS, can WB/IMF meetings change Singapore's law? Speakers Corner is a lawful place of assembly and rally provided by laws, which stands unless, there is state of emergency declared, with justified reason given, then I can cooperate. They had nothing! Just because one of the users of Hong Lim Park invited people to march it does not change Singapore's law nor Speakers Corner's status. I had not asked people to march, I had not said I want to march. But they cordoned the whole place and imposed illegal curfield. They had asked for troubles! IT does not mean that if you had appointment as mata or hold guns then you can change law or break law, or I had to be afraid. I did not want trouble, but if you asked for it, I can give you plenty!
