No wonder so many cheap people in jb or Spore like to use condo funds to plant vegetables and fruits for their own consumption. Use other people’s money and effort then no need to worry theft of the fruits of their labor mah.

So many cheap people indeed that I met not once but twice in both my jb and Spore condo. “Smart” people that want to be thieves stealing other people’s landscaping view to grow vegetables and fruits for themselves to eat without paying a cent or lifting a finger or go through heartache of these gardeners in community gardens.
