Huge respect to this bro 20 plus years old determination training running hard.

Day after day determination. 10min / km speed. Seems easy but respectable. This is actually tough for new runners who just started running.

Yep.

Overcoming inertia is very challenging for beginners because it is physical and mental. Physical, because they are mostly bogged down by years and decades of non activity and a huge mass of weight. Mentally they are weak because they haven't tasted success in fitness levels,

For seasoned runners or gym rats, it is more mental inertia. Physically no issue, Mentally, it is always a challenge in the first 15 to 20mins of the run or workout. Once I past that threshold 15 to 20 min mark, whether running, swimming or gym, it becomes a breeze to go on for 1 hour or 1.5 hours.

10min / km is considered slow. But respect his truthful and humility.

You are running too fast, will injure your heart

Human behaviour
Cannot see people improving
