在MWC上发布这款支持5G的可折叠屏手机时，华为曾给出年中发售的时间节点，后被证实为6月份。也就是说，Mate X的全球正式发售将推迟3个月的时间。
不过，由于是对海外媒体表态，Mate X国内的上市时间有可能还是6月份，最近，在万能的淘宝，甚至已经有店家挂出预售，并承诺6月24日发货，但价格超2万元。
