Our wu LUI transport minister obviously havent a clue what's going on.
And he may be ill-advised by his LTA scholars.
The 50% cash downpayment project obviously didnt bring down COE so this horsepower tweaking made it worst.
When will they listen to public feedback?
Firstly go after those with multiple cars. Secondly, eliminate agents from bidding. Thirdly, revamp LTA. I think the oldie scholars are due for retirement. So far theyve done shit about car population & COE prices. Early retirement will force them to go Batam & tweak some prossies tits.

Papaya LTA collect extortion $80k for a small car its even better than the manufacturer
its only one piece A4 for $80K whereas Manufacturer involved research, logistic, staffs, factory
space, testing, spraying, car efficient engine, staff training!

COE needs nothing just pure extortion up to them to create crap story line every month!!

It is impossible for the government to reverse this COE income they are getting even if anyone of us could offer a solution in controlling the car population and reducing cost of COE, why? Simple, greed and easy money. This bastard PAP government had proven time and again that they are obsessed with fattening themselves and not caring for the people, "go overseas for medical if you cannot afford in Singapore", "go overseas to die if you cannot afford hospice here". They will come up wiht studies after studies to prove to stupid sinkies that whatever they implement is "affordable" and people will pay. Bastards in PAP will say people are still willing to pay, so what does this mean? Yes the rich can afford to pay for sure so this simply mean bastards in PAP cares only for the minority of rich people, the rest of you middle income and lower income can go suck eggs. Anyway its the middle income and lower income sinkies who sadly has no balls and keep voting the bastards PAP in to screw themselves. Sinkies deserves it.

Looking at the current situation many like us overseas will not one to come back here to live in a pigeon hole and squeeze with smelly FTs in public transport. Sinkies I urge should make plans and make some temporary sacrifices to venture overseas, even if you make less money there I assure you that your standard of living could be much better.

By the way just look at the invasion of FTs that this bastard PAP had allowed to increase their votes, compare to what Thailand is allowing, only 100 PRs per cpountry for next year allowed.

Permanent residency quota unveiled

The cabinet has approved the Immigration Commission's annual quota for granting permanent residency to foreign nationals, deputy government spokeswoman Sunisa Lertpakawat said Tuesday.

The 2013 quota allows a maximum of 100 persons per country and 50 stateless persons to be given permanent residency, the same number as last year.

Foreigners wanting to stay in Thailand permanently can submit applications in December at immigration offices in Bangkok and other provinces.

A total of 241 foreigners from 32 countries applied for the permanent resident status last year and authorities are processing their applications, Lt Sunisa said.
