HSA suspends retailers selling tobacco to underage youth

NEWS FLASH: The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announced the suspension of tobacco licences of 14 errant tobacco sellers for selling tobacco to underage youth.
These offenders were prosecuted and convicted between March and July 2011 and the licences of the respective tobacco retail outlets will be suspended for six months, from Sept 1 2011 to Feb 29 2012.
