Are you saying that if someone's birthday is 1 Oct and he dies of "unnatural cause" on 1 March, he will have to wait until I Oct before he can withdraw his CPF?

What is the use of withdrawing your CPF when you are already a corpse? It makes sense only to withdraw CPF when you are alive and kicking and able to spend that money on whatever that fancies you.

Tell that to LKY....already in 90% corpse-state with probably billions in his bank account.
