How to Suck Up to Your Boss

if you are useful, you do not have to suck up. I do not have to go back army every year so my boss value me more.

Ideally is true. But how many people can be (or has the ability to be) their own boss?

Even if someone is their own boss, sometimes they still have to suck up to their customers...

bosses dont need to suck up to their customers ....they just tell their staffs to do it ..
