Boss, you know anything about fibre? Subscript to the m1 fibre plan which is supposed to be 100mbp. But during certain hours, the speed to download a clip from funshion can be 40-70kbp. Even using my Singtel 3G loads the movie faster @ 200-400kbp. What is wrong?
