We shall built Dormitories near their working place to prevent them from using our facilities. We shall built their facilities near to their Dormitories. Bosses who need the Employment Pass, S Skill Pass, Work Permit Pass and Permanent Resident shall pay the cost on their basic need. The employers have to treat them as human being and respect them as employee. Shareholder or Organisation Owner shall not involve in organisation management but as a Board of Director. Organisation Management team will act as Employer. The middle management and the organisation staffs will act as Employee. The Organisation Management Team have work together with Ministry of Manpower and National Trades Union Congress to manage the employees welfare issues.
