Best to do up a Malaysian will. That said, it is technically possible to get a Singapore (or any other country) will recognised in Malaysia, it will just be a lengthy legal process.
These sort of thing, please consult a Malaysian lawyer and ensure it is done properly. Few hundred RM now will save your beneficiaries plenty of headache in future
