I used to run and workout in the gym 5-6 days a week, thinking that it made me fit and trim. Any bros of Sbf can recommend. 46 year old, male. Has a mid waist which my gf telling me to watch. Runs 2.4km once a week don’t seem to slim down. Has elevated blood pressure readings of 138/90. Eats supper with gf who puts on weight with me and she is unhappy she is growing fat.

Some of my soccer khaki who are late 50s tell me they eat Hokkien mee 3 times a week and cockles all no issues. They drink beer 2 times a week no issues.

Should I start weight training or go gym to train?
