Tell that fake degree Modi to start NSF in India, copy Singapore style to create employment for the 18 years old kids for 2 years.
Enlist them in the uniformed group first. The army can take unlimited citizens and create low pay, or slave workers, for these 6 million young kids first and keep them for 2 years.
This create a new domestic economy boom for India from the start. 6 milllions are enlisted into uniformed groups first will ease the pressure of the government to create instance employable jobs in private sectors..
