How to connect multiple conference microphones to one Skype PC ?

How do you conduct teleconferencing using Skype ?

I plan to use a PC to screencast Skype onto the Smart TV. The problem is the microphone is on the PC. If I have 4 persons in a meeting, I would like each one having his own microphone so that the party in Skype can hear clearly.
