there should be a law that requires half of excess returns above 5% to be paid out to CPF members.

KNN the biggest con job is pap work with bank to give people 1to2% when they borrow people's money and ask for 3to7% when they lend out the money KNN then when you want to bypass this and lend directly to the borrower they say is ileegal loanshark KNN
