everyone knows holey cow was admitted to hospital for heart bypass surgery which is quite an expensive intense operation.

but how many would know whether the million dollar holey cow needs to pay for it or the hospital bills borne by the state?

here's the catch.

holey cow is paid million. he's rich and therefore able to bear the cost for all his lst class hospital stay and medical services. however, it's a known fact that million dollar salaried civil servants are all entitled to medical privilege.

just think. he could afford the bills and yet get for free. those who are lowly paid workers who cannot pay the bill might have been killed by the bill instead of the sickness that unfortunately inflicted them.:(

in fact all the rich high-class civil servants could afford their medical bills but why aren't they made to pay for it? it's such a different treatment for the rich who can afford to pay but do not need to pay while the poor who cannot pay might need to cough out their last dime in their meagre saving.

can this really be what singapore is made up of?
