How Much Does PAP Spend on National Day Celebrations Every Year?

The amount is peanuts compared to the wealth of the nation.

The country has more millionaires per capita than just about any other country in the world. Tens of millions here and there won't even cause a minor dent in the country's finances.

Too much!

it's very typical for countries to display their military prowess during national day but i never really understand the rationale behind it

When I celebrated my birthdays, I usually approach my own family members, relatives and associates to supply the foods, drinks, decorations, goodie bags and entertainment (if any).

I miss those time when ND parade was simple yet i enjoyed watching it. I was still young. Love watching the event performed by the SPF dogs. Nowadays rather go holidays oversea.
