距離過年只剩不到半個月了，許多公司也都開始舉辦尾牙活動，不少受薪階級的民眾也在期待一年一度的年終獎金。最近在大陸江西有一間公司，把3.12億人民幣(約新台幣14.4億元)的現金，直接堆成一座「錢山」，直接發放給員工，平均每人可領到6萬元(約新台幣27.7萬元)。
根據大陸媒體報導，江西南昌這間方大特鋼公司，19日發給員工年終獎金，現場氣氛超熱鬧。原來這間公司準備發放約3.12億人民幣(約新台幣14.4億元)的年終獎金，現場將鈔票堆積成一座小山，高度比一個成人還要高。

公司不但請來舞龍舞獅，現場還掛出「感謝董事局方威主席」、「員工對美好生活的嚮往就是我們企業的奮鬥目標」等標語。據悉該公司一共有5千多名員工，換算下來平均1人可以領到6萬元(約新台幣27.7萬元)的年終獎金。
令人稱羨的是，去年該公司就分給每位員工約3萬元人民幣的年終獎金，今年更是翻倍成長，這可讓網友們看了都議論紛紛，直呼「果然別人的公司不會讓我失望」、「請問還缺人嗎？」
