You know, I tried to call a government department about this before. Managed to get the 2nd in charge there.

She's a fund manager. Her job title does not say "Fund Manager", but rest assured she is. And her department's getting management fees from managing the funds. Never denied what I said, but she did try to mislead me.

The thing about getting the government peeps to tell the truth is, they simply cannot do so. When they signed their employment contract, there is a clause or agreement which amounts to a Non-Disclosure agreement or Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement. So they cannot be honest.

The Dept Head has been warming the seat for 10+ years. Talk about an iron rice bowl. AFAIK, the Dept Head and 2IC never appear on TV before. So you can exclude the Parliament peeps from the list.

That is why sometimes you have to simply the question and ask "What is the ROI for the elites?". Of course they will be others who will ask "Why only the elites?".

That would be difficult to calculate too, but one of these days, I may try to do the ROI and IRR calculation for Zorro.
