This posting has realism to it, although it is still very much early days.
The only thing that needs to be said though is that if, after the GE, WP is the only alternative party standing with parliamentary seats then we should simply refer to PAP and WP, in the same way that in the UK they simply often refer to Conservative (Tory) and Labour. They hardly use the term "opposition". We should do likewise in Singapore. Why dignify minor parties (who can't win anything) by putting them in the same category as WP through use of the term "opposition". I suggest that post-GE2015 we should be precise in terminology.
