I think the Eco Botani City has more or less succeeded to become the nucleus of business activities for the western part of Iskandar. IMHO areas around such as Iskandar Puteri, East Ledang, Medini and Sunway City would be pulled up to more or less extent but would probably take 5-10 more years.

Eco Galleria is slowly coming up. Eco World does have really deep pockets.

Yes, Eco has come out top in the Iskandar area.
Sunway is situated too deep inside. The prices it exhibits does not reflect the overall market sentiment.
