For what it's worth I think you're barking up the wrong tree. In general, foreigners who come to singapore come because they like it for the reasons you mentioned. If they didn't like it they would return without saying anything. Why bother complaining when it's easier and happier for them to move back? Doesn't add up.

It's more likely locals who've had nothing but the good life complaining because of some perceived injustice. I will grant locals have some legitimate complaints. NS being one for example. But if you take let's say a typical Indian and let him come here, he will shut the fuck up and thank his lucky stars rather than complaining. The only complaints he will have is not enough other Indians or something racial, but he will definitely back the gahmen all the way.
