How is Singapore GDP derived?

Does it includes the followings;

Collections from Income tax, GST, COE, ERP, HDB and URA carpark summonses, court fines, diesel tax, tobacco and liquor tax, airport tax, Road tax, Development charges, Property tax, Water borne tax, Stamp duties and all other chhebye lancheow fees you can remember?

I presume those'extras' are not included in the GDP calculations. Just wondering how much they have collected.
Can't undestand why those m'fucking miws keep chasing for more and in doing so, mess up the quality of life.
