Cb I wash about 2 months.
I woke up with itch all over and washed my bedsheets at 4am, then post here now.

Do it once 2-4 weeks, wash with 40degC warm water for best result

usually bring to laundromat to wash. put coins, load the stuff and sit there to wait for washer hot wash, then put in dryer. About 1 hour waiting time.

Better have our own washer, more good for personal hygiene

I think your case is mites trigger allergic. U check if bedsheets any red stain? If yes is bed bugs. Cham liao

My suggestion is to call rentokil to check and disinfect

Maybe got to throw mattresses away and buy new one
