Michelle Obama

The former First Lady championed fitness, so it was no surprise when she told Marie Claire that she deals with stress and tension by putting her iPod on and going to the gym or for a bike ride.

To relax, Rebecca switches off from social media and spends time on herself.

"Sometimes, I need a break from social media. I just don’t go on. There was a period of time I was overwhelmed with a lot of things at work and my personal life, and I switched off from social media and it helped. It's like, I look at IG the first thing I wake up, to see what I've missed, and it’s not even things that are important to me — it’s just the voyeur in me! So taking a break is good. It doesn’t have to be a 10-month fast — maybe just one hour is enough. People are just constantly on. Go and do something else — something you enjoy. For me, I go for a two-hour massage or facial, spend time with my girlfriends, work out and sweat it out, or make myself a smoothie. Do things that add value to your body and mind, like read a book."
