How do i get enough housewife and retired ah gong's CPF to hire foreign worker?

Is there any market for free non-working ah ma or ah gong or tai tai's CPF contribution for a small business? I hear 8 sg Cpf to able to hire one foreign worker but i not so sure.

I always her those ah beng sell handphone shop always able to get enough housewife cpf to enable him to hire msian or bangla! How did he do that? Please share!
