There are corp actions all the time.
How can you reveal or know about the transacting parties if there was no leak of info. That means there was Insider trading by many people with knowledge.

Of course there is a lot of insider trading. What are you, born yesterday? Just look at the major shareholders on every single publicly traded companies. Within the top 10 shareholders, you will find nominee shareholders, which are shares held in trust for undeclared and anonymous shareholders. banks like DBS make a big business doing nominee holdings. The actual owners of the share nominate lets say DBS to hold the shares in trust for them, hence their names are protected. In other countries, this is outright illegal. Major shareholders have to named. Whether they are a corporation or an individual or a partnership. And such entities can be traced back to the actual owners.
Only Ho Jin salaries and her private part is real PRIVATE. The rest are wayang because if you disobey PAP, HDB/NEA/PA/NLB will deal with you like they dealt with WP/SDP. In Singapore, being PRIVATE is not the same as being independent of the government.
