How come radio news announce Referendem call but papers no publish??

Morning papers are printed in the early, early morning. The call for referendum happened after sunrise.

It's like a football match with a late kickoff time: you won't find results of it in the morning papers.

anyone wants to bet the SCM won't report on the call for a national referendum just like they wont even breath a word about the Feb 16 rally!!!!!
