How about an infraction for repeatedly posting the same thing in nearly every main folder and every thread. Does not fall under your definition of spamming but it will provide relief. 10 points will fix the affliction real quick.

I have no issues handling stalkers being the resident prick that I am but when others are accused of being clones and the flow of debates and discussion gets disrupted its a whole different ball game.
