The govt is to be blamed here for not giving rewarding careers to our malay bros and keeping them down with glass ceilings. It is natural for go-getters to look for greener pastures where their skills will be recognised, and their final retirement in glory with 72 virgins.

For such people, the world is their oyster, and one should not regard them as traitors or anti-patriotic. We should all be world citizens, esp. when our govt is not treating us well enough - we're just second class citizens surrounded by govt-invited swarms of favoured nationals from elsewhere.

Sinkies with not enough spurs in their hinds should not begrudge others who want to secure a better life for themselves and their families.

There was nothing wrong with the policy. The problem was that the Chinese stopped but the Malays carried on after 2.30.

That is not the problem the govt is telling us. It was very clearcut that it was an uncoordinated policy that did not promote even a fertility of 2 when 2.1 was called. The HDB programme was so lethargic that these new couples could only consummate their marriage out in the open.

Yes, the Philippine Scout Rangers are the best in this region. Before they can become scout rangers, each ranger must participate in a real ambush against the Abu Sayat rebels or MLF rebels. BTW, some of our SAF Commandos have trained with the PHilippine Scout Rangers.

I read the pinoy special forces learnt much of their craft from their indigenous warriors in the south. Those native warriors were recruited by the americans to wage guerilla war with the Japs during WW2. Their contribution was quite important in the Pacific theatre.

yeah. they have to bring an enemy's severed head back to base to pass the course. the word was one of our commandos finished the course, got the tab, but became kee siao after some time.
