Exercise regimen: I run about 15km three times a week. I do a two-hour weight-training session when I don't run.
Diet: I cook my own meals and take them with me. My diet consists mainly of rolled oats, skimmed milk, chicken breast, non-fat cottage cheese, egg whites, fish, spinach, grapefruit, dragon fruit and lots of whey protein. If I eat out, I'll have a seafood salad with no dressing. My indulgences are fruits which are very high in sugar like pineapple and mango.
