He's in trouble for speaking the damn Truth ..!!! This is a farce.. Mediacorpse and SMRT can go ass fuck each other.. This is not the fault of Hosan Leong.. He was not the one that caused the Train disruptions.. Bloody ridiculous..

They must gather enough info to pass the error to someone else mah. Or else 'minus point' mah. When they do it their own lying ways - 'plus point' !

SMRT has never got the PR bit and the mass comm bit right. To them, it's all about hardware and training the tech staff and getting the technical parts right, fixing the faulty mechanics etc. Never about communicating with the passengers or empathising with their pov. Like if they think their technical staff can fix things, they think the whole world will understand that while waiting 5 hrs.

they should take a leaf from best in class practices of world class service providers. Like e.g. BA whose CEO comes out and painstakingly explained what they are doing every hour to keep the passengers mind off anxiety and keeping them updated and tending to their needs etc. until the plane is fixed, and if not yet, why. The travelling public appreciates that.

But I guess, what can you expect from somebody like Saw Phaik Hua?

Come on, Hossan Leong was doing a BIG favour for SMRT who was not doing any good customer service to all commuters at all on Wednesday.

And yesterday, the service totally sucks big time, the Circle Line was down for hours, so was the East-West line too after that.
What if someone got heart-attack? The children and the elderly are the most risky groups and the driver and staff were all at a loss about handling such emergency situations.

Some thing is very wrong with the tracks and all staff looked very helpless towards a real life mishap.

And they dare to increase our fares ! That CEO should be kick-out of the doors asap. KNS!

Hey bro I went to JPO on Monday and it was packed. Nothing much la. Waste patrol only. Not worth the travel. Foodcourt prices same as peesai. Stores like Levis run out of goods. I think better buy online for better deals.
