Yes, he is armed. He now carries a water pistol bought from Bedok market near his residence. According to the store owner, Lionel loves to change the colour of his water pistols weekly. Not too sure if there is water in the pistols though. You can locate Lionel at one of the parks near his home on Monday mornings. He practices his shooting there. I also spotted an ambulance with the "IMH" wording nearby. 2 nurses always next to Lionel.

Ya..a water gun if he still has it..and I think he shake it every now and then after shaking his master's one..
