no wait. if you read it again he mentioned he spent 4 hours for inspection. He wrote that in the description he was inspected for 4 hours. I obviously left out the waiting time. So if you factor in the waiting time it would have been longer but let's not digress he mentioned he was inspected for 4 hours.
