Honoring the top 25000 of Leegime

For their contribution to Singapore, the properties of all top 25K of Leegime should be declared as parkland and roads which will taken over immediately. People will be able to work through these properties to show solidarity that Singapore is not crowded. Feel free to hold parties and drive cars through the properties of the top 25K.
