Dai Yu San is a real gem in HK! Last visit was early 2000. Hope did not change too much. Got that kind of 70s feeling. The residents also more relax compare to HK/Kowloon people.

i remember one wintry night back in the early 2000s also, was having seafood dinner with my then girlfriend at one of the old, run-down village seafood restaurants overlooking the dark, black sea with cold wind blowing in... we were one of the last ones in the restaurant and the feeling was awesome!
